AxePad app for iPhone and iPad

AxePad allows users of the Axe-FX guitar amp and effects processor to configure and manipulate their device using an iPad and a MIDI connection.

AxePad provides a user friendly, touch interface which will enable you to select presets, as well as make changes to parameters on the Axe-FX without having to resort to the front control panel.

You can change settings on the amp block, as well as switch cab IRs and mic settings to tailor your sound to suit the environment.

Effects blocks are presented in familiar stompbox style layouts, and allow you to turn them on/off and change parameters with the swipe of one finger.

You can even tune your guitar in real time, using the Axe-FX onboard tuner info displayed on your iPad.

AxePad has specifically been designed for gigging guitarists who might want to make final tweaks and changes whilst in the field to get their tone to sound perfect.

AxePad supports the AxeFX Standard, Ultra and Axe-FX II models.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will require MIDI hardware that supports TWO way SYSEX messages. A lot of MIDI hardware suppliers dont. We highly recommend the Apple Camera Connection Kit plus the Alesis USB MIDI cable, or the iRig adapter from IK Multimedia. Please see our website (www.axe-pad.com) for more technical details.
